Do rewards expire?

Expiration policies depend on the type of reward.

If an expiration date applies, it will be clearly shown on your reward page or in your reward email. Rewards must be redeemed before the listed expiration date.

If no expiration date is shown on your reward page, your reward does not expire.

After you redeem your reward, any expiration date will depend on the payout option you select. For example, prepaid cards or other third-party payout methods may have their own expiration policies, which will be displayed after redemption.
